Controls always mean exactly what they say. Up is always up.

Eat the food to grow and score points. Avoid the walls and your own tail.

⚠️ The arena itself drifts. Every so often it picks a direction and creeps that way one cell at a time, sliding the walls toward you (and opening space behind you) whether you've eaten anything or not. A "drift ↑/↓/←/→" indicator and a hint at the bottom of the screen tell you which way it's currently moving — but not how long until it changes again.
